Black bean & avocado burritos

I think the concept of fast food was completely misinterpreted by the food industry, if you ask me. There’s absolutely no reason for a meal, that is easy to prepare, to be full of saturated fat and all the things which are bad for the body.

So what I used for my burritos?

  1. I simply chopped tomato, parsley, coriander, and purple cabbage
  2. then quickly mashed avocados with salt, pepper & lime to make an avocado paste 
  3. add the already cooked organic black beans. 

In 20min everything was ready to spread in my warm tortillas :)
